1). In order to serve our domestic and overseas customers more professionally, we renamed the original "Luoyang Sincere Trading Co., Ltd" to "Luoyang Siamatec Co., Ltd" on 18 December 2019. Luoyang Siamatec has taken over all domestic and foreign business activities from Luoyang Sincere, an old firm for over 20 years, with the same management team. It continues to be active in the foundry, metallurgy and refractory industries and continues to move forward steadily like starting a new undertaking;

2). "Luoyang Sincere Trading Co., Ltd" obtained the qualification certificate of import and export enterprise approved by the former "Ministry of State Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation" on 23 October 2001, became one among the first batch of authorized private enterprises to get the foreign trade qualification after China joined the World Trade Organization in 2001. Since then, Luoyang Sincere has started a period of stable operation and development for 18 years. Luoyang Sincere has won the advanced units of export earning foreign exchange at the district and municipal levels for many times, and has become the first batch of foreign trade operators of private enterprises in Luoyang to stand out from state-owned enterprises;

3). "Luoyang Sincere Trading Co., Ltd" increased its registered capital to 3 million Renminbi Yuan on 23 August 2001 to meet the access qualification of private enterprises in central and Western China stipulated by the state at that time, and started to apply for "qualification certificate of import and export enterprises";

4). "Luoyang Sincere Trading Co., Ltd" signed an import and export agency agreement with the local famous state-owned enterprise "Luoyang Chundu Group Import and Export Corporation" on 18 September 1999. As one of the branches, it began a new situation of import and export business operation of refractory materials, metallurgical supplementary materials and casting materials;

5). Mr. Fan Li Wei, the founder of the company, and his initial six-member team were independent from the state-owned enterprise "Luoyang High & New Tech Import and Export Corporation", inherited most of the business activities of his department and overseas customers, and established the private foreign trade company "Luoyang Sincere Trading Co., Ltd" on 16 September 1999. It has also become the first company in China to use "Sincere" as firm brand. In the following nearly 20 years, enterprises named "Sincere" in various industries all over the country have sprung up one after another;

6). During the 10 years from 1989 to 1999, Mr. Fan Li Wei, the founder of our company, major in international trade, worked in the "Luoyang High & New Tech Import & Export Corporation" which was known as the local mainstream state-owned foreign trade company, served as the division manager of Cheminmetals Division. Since then, Mr. Fan started to involve in the field of import and export trade of minerals and chemicals, and positioned refractory materials, metallurgical supplementary and casting materials in the main business scope of the division. Mr. Fan ever participated in Guangzhou Import and Export Fair for dozens of consecutive years to develop overseas markets, with remarkable achievements. All these laid a solid foundation for the later birth of "Luoyang Sincere Trading Co., Ltd".

Over the past 30 years, together with our domestic and foreign partners, we have witnessed the changes of China's foundry, metallurgical and refractory industries, epoch-making evolution of China's foreign trade industry, the status and development potential of China's manufacturing power, the rapid development of China's Internet era, the rise of China's economy and the rapid growth of comprehensive strength, and the rational adjustment of China's industrial structure, etc. China has undergone tremendous changes, and so have other countries. Li Shi Min, king of the Tang Dynasty ever said: "taking history as a mirror, we can know the rise and fall", it definitely is.
